Pursuant with Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s Temporary Stay At Home Order Due to Novel Coronavirus issued March 30, 2020, effective Tuesday March 31, 2020, our staff will be primarily working remotely but can still be reached for any questions, concerns or maintenance requests you have. Our contracted cleaning company will remain on site and will continue its present cleaning schedule.
Work/Place will remain open for members to come and go as they please utilizing their issued key fob. Our community manager will come in for approximately two hours per day between the hours of 9:30am-11:30am to distribute mail and see to the needs of our members. We strongly suggest diverting packages to your home address as we cannot be responsible for them.
Here are a few important reminders and requests:
- Members only are permitted to enter the building. There shall be no visitors or guests.
- Children are not permitted to enter the building.
- We are continuing to clean diligently with special attention to public areas and commonly touched places (door handles, restrooms, touch surfaces, etc.).
- For rent payments, you may use the online portal.
- If you or anyone in your household is experiencing flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from coming into Work/place.
- We are still open for renting office space. We have created a way to do this virtually. Please email the community manager below for assistance.
